CFEC-Afrique, Compagnie Fiduciaire Expert & Conseil en Afrique, is an audit, accounting and advisory firm based in Ouagadougou.
What we do
We certify accounts, support management and inform the decisions of companies, public institutions, NGOs and development projects. Our offer brings together six practices: audit, compliance and continuous monitoring; accounting and inventories; legal, tax and payroll; strategy, finance and projects; people and skills; technology and AI.
We work in the accounting frameworks our clients encounter: Revised SYSCOHADA, SYCEBNL, the WAMU PCB, the SFD framework, the CIMA Code, IFRS, US GAAP and the French PCG, and to the requirements of donors. Our procedures follow ISA and, for groups listed in the United States, PCAOB standards; for internal control, the COSO framework and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Our teams work across every sector of the economy.
We also support NGOs, development projects and public-sector entities with donor reporting under INPAS, IPSAS or GASB standards, according to the applicable framework and financing agreements.
