How an application proceeds
You apply online
Choose a position, or an open application, then fill in the form and attach your CV.
Your file is recorded
It joins the firm’s management platform. A first ranking, assisted by our in-house AI, compares your profile with the criteria of the role.
A consultant reviews your application
The decision to shortlist a file always rests with a consultant. Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview.
Your profile is presented to the employer
The firm presents the selected candidates to the employer, who makes the hiring decision.

CFEC-Afrique never asks candidates for money, at any stage of recruitment. If someone asks you for a payment in our name, tell the firm.

Your file is read only by the consultants in charge of the recruitment and, if you are shortlisted, by the employer concerned.
