Personal data

Fonts, images and the background video are served by this website. Links to the author’s channel and video open YouTube only when you choose them; that service then applies its own privacy rules. The website has no analytics or advertising trackers of its own.

The “Prepare a first conversation” form works on your device. The information you enter is used to compose a memo or a message that you may or may not decide to send to us. It is neither transmitted to a server nor stored by the site.

The candidates’ area also works on your device: the application form composes a message or a sheet that you may or may not decide to hand to us.

When you contact us, your contact details are used to answer your request, in compliance with Burkinabè law on the protection of personal data (Law No. 001-2021/AN). You may ask the firm for access to your data, or for its correction or deletion.

Candidates’ data

The candidates’ area lets you apply for the positions that CFEC-Afrique publishes on behalf of its clients, or send an open application. The information on the form and the attached documents are used only to review the application and to carry out the recruitment.

The file is read by the consultants in charge of the recruitment. It is passed on to the employer concerned when the candidate is shortlisted, and to no one else. It is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact with the candidate.

A first ranking of applications is assisted by the firm’s in-house AI. It compares the requirements of the role with the candidate’s education, experience, skills and working languages, on the basis of the form and the CV. No application is shortlisted or set aside on the basis of this ranking alone: the decision always rests with a consultant.

Any candidate may consult their data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, withdraw their consent or ask for an explanation of how their application was ranked, by contacting the firm. These rights are provided for by Burkina Faso’s Law No. 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021. Applying is free: the firm asks candidates for no payment.

Infrastructure sequence

The film opens on the National Heroes Monument in Ouaga 2000, flies over the Northern interchange, then shows recent achievements in Burkina Faso in energy, water, industry, roads and health. It ends on the interchange at night and returns to the monument for a continuous loop. The last caption describes the firm’s role; it does not mean that CFEC-Afrique took part in the projects shown.
